When: Every two weeks on Saturday mornings for half an hour (30 minutes)

💠 Format: Guided meditation, short teachings, reflective practices, and group sharing

🌏 Focus: Cultivating inner grounding as a foundation for compassionate action and collective healing

This summer, we invite you to a nourishing biweekly gathering to explore and embody The Four Boundless Qualities (The Four Immeasurables):
Loving-kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity.

These timeless contemplative practices help us transform reactivity, fear, and disconnection into clarity, warmth, and balance. As we develop inner peace, we become more capable of extending care outward—into our relationships, communities, and the world.

Through guided meditation, reflective dialogue, and embodied exercises, we will explore:

  • How loving-kindness opens the heart to connection and inclusion

  • How self-compassion nurtures emotional resilience and healing

  • How compassion supports us in holding suffering with wisdom and care

  • How equanimity grounds us amidst change, conflict, and uncertainty

Let us come together to plant seeds of peace—for ourselves and all beings.
In these times of violence and war, as we witness suffering across the globe, this workshop offers a space to return to presence, to reconnect with our shared humanity, and to cultivate heartfelt aspirations and intentions for peace.

Open to all levels of experience. You are warmly welcome.
