Seeds of Presence

Seeds of Presence by Emaho Dryas is a collection of intentional, contemplative songs rooted in contemporary mindfulness, meditation, and embodied awareness, now available on APPLE MUSIC, SPOTIFY, and DEEZER. The album blends energetic acoustic compositions, therapeutic anthems, and meditative spoken-word passages, offering music as an active support for reflection, self-regulation, and inner cultivation.

Sung in English and French, the tracks move between uplifting melodies, rhythmic vitality, and contemplative lyricism, inviting listeners to explore themes of finding one’s voice, conscious choice, compassion, becoming, and connection.

I am Becoming Everyday

I sit with joy, I smile at the feeling

Every light has express something

I sit with fear, I don't turn away

Every shadow has something to say

I walk with the voices deep inside
Even sorrow is part of the rising tide
Every thought that used to hold me tight
Now teaches me how to find my light

I breathe into the storm and stay
The path unfolds as I make my way

From now on, I choose the voice
I choose the story, I am the choice
I hold the dark, I hold the flame
They both belong; they are the same
Rewriting my mind, one breath at a time
In every moment, I realign

The stories I carried, I witness with gentleness
They brought me here, to this sacred place
Not wrong, not right—they helped me grow
I thank the past and let it go

I find resilience in the truth I own
In the cracks, my spirit’s shown
This wholeness was here all along
I found it where I once felt gone

From now on, I choose the voice
I choose the story, I am the choice
I hold the dark, I hold the flame
They both belong; they are the same
Rewriting my mind, one breath at a time
In every moment, I realign

You are not alone in your becoming
You are the witness, and the loving
