This course will provide a toolkit of contemplative creative practices informed by the latest scientific research on contemplative science and traditional and modern Buddhist meditation practices. Each week, you will receive new creative contemplative experiences to deepen your practice and cultivate greater clarity, calmness, and well-being.



Workshop - Overview:
Each module will help you understand your mind's content and processes and then explore how you can choose which mind patterns and habits to cultivate and which to abandon.
Purpose of the Course
This four-module on-demand course provides insights and practices for using forms, signs, and symbols to train an open, clear, and flexible mind. You will learn about contemplative creative practices and how to apply them in your work and life. You will also gain access to guided audio mindfulness practices, scripts, and a digital resource library.

Designed For:
This course is intended for psychotherapists, art therapists, mindfulness facilitators, somatic practitioners, educators, and mental health professionals who are interested in integrating Buddhist psychology, contemplative science, and creative expression into their clinical or teaching practice. It is also relevant for contemplative practitioners seeking to bridge personal insight with professional application.
While prior experience with meditation or creative arts therapy is not required, familiarity with basic contemplative or therapeutic frameworks is recommended.
